We built this carbon fiber heating lamp to be a straight-up, drop-in replacement for the tough industrial IR heating jobs you’re already running. And because it’s engineered to CE standards, you can slip it into machinery that has to meet compliance without having to tear apart the whole heating setup.

The power, packed into a tidy size

It runs on 400V, which lets us squeeze a lot of heat into a small footprint. The 2500W rating on a 300mm tube means serious heat density—exactly what you need when your process demands a fast temperature climb in a tight space. And that 300mm length? It’s a practical, machine-builder-friendly size that slips cleanly into snug reflector assemblies and short heating zones.

Built to last, inside and out

Inside, the carbon filament sits in a halogen-filled quartz envelope. The halogen cycle keeps the filament steady, so it doesn’t give up early—even when the lamp cycles on and off again and again. The quartz body handles thermal shock without complaining, and it keeps the IR output consistent. We chose an R7s connector because it’s a proven, standard interface. It makes wiring straightforward and handles the current reliably, even in high-wattage circuits.

Where it shines—and what to keep in mind

You’ll see this configuration a lot in PET blowing, plastic forming, and other IR heating tasks where fast, focused heat is the goal. The high heat density cuts warm-up time dramatically. But here’s the thing: that kind of intensity also means your machine’s cooling and mounting hardware need to be properly matched. If you don’t manage ambient heat and clearances, you can shorten the life of components. So plan the install the same way you would for any high-wattage heater.
