It’s designed to plug straight into your industrial line without needing extra transformers, so it just gets to work. And the 300mm length? It concentrates all that thermal energy, perfect for heating a small, specific area in a flash.

What Makes It Tick

Inside, you’ve got a carbon filament tucked inside a quartz envelope, all surrounded by halogen gas. That gas is the secret sauce. It runs a halogen cycle that keeps the filament stable and fights off the blackening that can kill other lamps. The result? A longer life. We also added a reflective coating on the quartz. It pushes more of that infrared energy forward, straight onto your target. Less wasted heat. More usable heat. And for the connection, it uses an R7s straight-pin base. It’s a simple, drop-in replacement for existing fixtures. It handles the high current and gives you a connection that stays solid, even with all the vibration of the shop floor.
