The Real Deal: 100% Carbon Fiber
When we say 100% carbon fiber, we mean it. The entire build uses unidirectional carbon fiber—no glass, no aramid fillers. That gives the shaft a high stiffness, so passes and shots feel crisp and clean. We fine-tune the fiber density so the walls stay thin. That keeps the weight down without giving up the torsional stiffness you need. Now, there’s a trade-off. Pure carbon can be brittle on extreme impacts. So we fight that by orienting the fibers smartly and reinforcing the blade-to-shaft joint, where the stress piles up.
Material and Design: What It’s Built Like
The shaft is a thin-wall tube with a consistent stiffness profile. That makes the flex predictable, so you know what you’re going to get every time you lean into it. The blade has a dual-density core. A stiffer carbon layer gives you that clean puck feel, while a slightly softer layer behind it soaks up the shock of heavy shots. And for the spots that get hammered—poke checks, slashes—we weave in aramid or hybrid veils. It helps resist chipping and delamination, so the stick stays tough without getting heavier.
