We make carbon heating elements for industrial infrared heating. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill coil elements. They’re built to snap to life fast and deliver a lot of radiant heat—even when space is tight.
Power, voltage, and size—without the fuss
A typical unit runs on 400V and puts out 2500W, packed into a 300mm tube. That’s serious power density. The 400V choice is practical: it lowers the current draw, so you can use thinner wiring and keep voltage drop in check over longer cable runs. And the 300mm length with a slim profile is intentional—so it slips into existing machines without forcing you to redesign the whole heating chamber.
What’s inside—and why it stays tough
At the heart is a carbon filament, sealed inside a quartz envelope with halogen gas. The halogen cycle helps keep the element clean, so you don’t get that blackening that kills output over time. The quartz tube is coated to focus the infrared energy where you need it, and to handle the jolt of rapid heat-up and cool-down without cracking. We finish it off with R7s or Sk15 connectors—industrial-grade, high-temp ceramic pieces that sit right at the terminal and take the heat in stride. They’re meant to be a drop-in replacement, so you can wire it up quickly and get the machine back on its feet.
Where it shines—and what to keep in mind
These elements are a natural fit for PET blowing and plastic processing, where you need fast, localized heat. The efficiency comes from direct infrared transfer, which heats the surface of the product almost instantly. Just keep in mind: all that heat density means your machine’s cooling system needs to be up to the job. Make sure it’s properly sized to keep the area around the tube from getting too hot.
